Samantha is a second year MSW student at the Brown School of Social Work at Washington University in St. Louis with a concentration in Mental Health.
She is the Website and Social Media Program Assistant for the Race and Opportunity Lab. Additionally, she works as a Graduate Research Assistant for the Center for Social Development where she works on initiatives like the Voter Access and Engagement.
Originally from Chicago, IL, Samantha completed her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences with a minor in Managerial Skills from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Upon graduating, Samantha will complete her licensure and plan to work in Animal-Assisted Social Work. In her free time, Samantha enjoys walking in Forest Park, hanging out with friends, enjoying afternoons with her pets, and doing one adventurous thing at a time.
