Maya McKenzie, MPH

Maya McKenzie, MPH, was a research assistant at the Race and Opportunity Lab. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Medical Anthropology and Global Health and Anthropology of Globalization from the University of Washington in Seattle. She received her Master of Public Health degree from the Brown School at Washington University in St. Louis in 2016.

Her academic and research interests are in community and global health, health equity, and social and economic development. Aside from research, Maya enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and learning.
