Jennifer graduated from the Brown School of Social Work with her Master of Social Work degree in Spring 2017. She is also a graduate of Kyambogo and Makerere Universities in Uganda, where she earned her Diploma in Secondary Education and a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, respectively.
Prior to the Brown School, Jennifer was working as the projects coordinator for Suubi-Maka (Hope for Families) and Bridges to the Future. Her research interest areas include asset building policy, child poverty, and working with orphaned and vulnerable children. Her past work with the lab and interaction with other lab members enriched her research skills, which she was able to input to her research specialization.
